Features:
- create a standard program with alternating 20-minutes pose and 5-minutes break (fit within 1.5 to 4 hours)
- include by default a 20-minutes long break after the fourth pose (if time permits, and movable after the program has started); if this is opted out the program will end 20 minutes earlier
- add warm-up poses (e.g. ten 1-minute and five 2-minute poses) to the start of the program
- start a standalone 5 or 20 minutes timer with one push of a button
- be alerted by notifications (if you allow it) and beeps (sampled from an old school timer!) in between poses and breaks (shorter beeps between back-to-back poses)
- preview the program in the Events view while stopped
- see the countdown of each event and make applicable adjustments in the Events view while started -- move the long break or merge the last two poses
- skip to the next event on a running program in the Timer view
